If you were going to go from 4 wheel drum to disc brakes but wanted to skip over OE single piston calipers (68 Camaro), would you simply go for stock style C5 brakes or go to Wilwood brand brakes? Unless I'm missing something, Prodigy Customs price on Wilwood's kit isn't much more than it would cost me to go 4 wheel discs using Touring Classics front/rear kits (something like a couple hundred dollars difference?). I am open to input on this - just brainstorming because I might have a possible avenue to buy a big ticket item for my 68 in the near future.
I am curious if the Wilwood "kit" is missing parts that automatically come with Touring Classics stuff. Plus, my intention is to buy ATS AFX tall spindles at the same time if everything comes together.
Opinions? I am hoping I'll get more than a couple opinion posts on this. I really would like to hear what ya'll think.
Thanks,
